About me

I'm an Innovation and Strategy Expert with a background in Experience and Communication Design. I have been working on the border between design and business using creativity to enhance innovation processes in R&D and manufacturing (Stora Enso), in research and medicine (Center for Gender Medicine in Karolinska Institutet), in technology and sustainability (Stockholm Resilience Centre in Stockholm University) and diplomacy and cross-border cooperation (Balticlab with Swedish Institute).

I have won several awards such as the Red Dot Design award 2014 (with Gabor Palotai), the Stora Enso Consumer Board Innovation Competition on Intelligent Packaging, and the “Beam me up, Scotty!” design award on future thinking in Habitare Helsinki design fair. I am a lecturer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Executive MBA of the Stockholm School of Economics, a TEDx speaker and guest speaker at different conferences. I am furthermore a board member of Innovationsledarna, the Swedish Association for Innovation Management Professionals.

I have Executive MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Stockholm School of Economics, a Master of Fine Arts from Konstfack on Experience Design and a 5-year bachelor in Communication Design from Porto University and a course on Trendspotting and Future Forecasting from the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship. Finally, I was a founder of the failed co-creation space We Have Co. and the founder of the successful Frames-Portuguese film festival in Sweden.
